I am Shafi Hossain, a student at North South University. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), majoring in Human Resource Management and International Business. Presently, I am exploring career prospects. I reckon my qualifications have shaped and enabled me to contribute immediate value to an organization.

In university, I am consciously sharpening my skills as I am majoring in Human Resource Management and International Business, which is related to managing people and getting the best outcome from them by keeping everything balanced. I was one of the Sub-Executive Members of the Marketing and International Business Club of North South University. I was also a Senior Member of North South University Ethics and Diversity Club. Moreover, I am also a part of AIESEC in Bangladesh as Manager of Talent Management. Furthermore, I work as the Director of Career Development Unit at Univ. In addition, I am also working as a Junior Associate at Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE). I work with about 500 members in these organizations to do the work. Also, this helps me to find new, innovative ways of developing and managing people. To handle these organization-related works, I have to communicate with many people which assisted me in sharpening my communication skills.

Additionally, my academic experiences with multiple modalities in the form of assignments, reports, presentations, and group work have served me well in developing my problem-solving, leadership, analytics, and critical thinking skills. I work meticulously to use clear and concise communication to interact professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and subordinates. I also have computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Applying for this position leaves a positive and thorough impact and energizes me to achieve results in quick succession. It also helps me to enhance the skills I have earned through my academics and extracurricular activities.
