Md Saiful Islam in serving Human Rights Support Society as a research and investigation officer. He is also performing as Office secretary at Blood Connection (Blood donation organization).

He completed his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Sonargaon University, Dhaka. Currently he is looking for masters in the same field. He was a former debater and human rights activist.

Prior to that, Md Saiful Islam successfully accomplished his diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
In addition, he enjoys traveling and fond of reading books.
